JUST RELEASED: ABD V.10. Enhancements from ABD v.9 to the new version of ABD v.10:
- Functions with Word 2007 and 2010
- Licensing Keys: Each license now comes with two licensing keys: one for your work computer and one for your laptop. Upon registration, our system automatically sends you an email with these keys.
- Software is now downloadable: You no longer have to keep track of CDs. You can download the software at any time.
- Automatic Installation: An auto-install wizard installs ABD with other saved templates on the user’s system.
- Online Help: ABD now includes interactive online help offering users not only definitions, but also step-by-step instructions on creating facilitator guides and documentation materials.
- Overall font sizes have been reduced: User feedback requested smaller font sizes; so the text is now 11 point, instead of 12 point; table font sizes are now 10 point; title font sizes have been reduced respectively as well.
- Icon Key Page: ABD now allows you to insert a page of all of the icons and their associated definitions into a Facilitator Guide for facilitator reference.
- Headers and Footers can now be added at any time during the creation of the document.
- Continuation of an Embedded Table: You may now continue an Embedded Table within a Step/Action table.
- Bullets and Numbers icons have been removed: User feedback suggested that users prefer the functionality of the standard Word bullets and numbers, so we have removed those icons from ABD.
- Expected Answer icon added to accompany the Ask icon.
- TBD Logo has been removed from the Confidentiality Page allowing customers to insert their own logo where appropriate.
