Jonena Relth is the president and owner of TBD Consulting, Inc. which has been in business since 1991. A privately held corporation, TBD holds the certifications for Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

Beginning with Honeywell and American Express as its first clients, TBD established itself in the manufacturing and financial services markets. Additional contracts followed with other public and private clients such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, local and state government agencies, Bank of America, Banner Health, Charles Schwab, Chase Manhattan Bank, Discover Card, Mattel, PacifiCare and Tropical Shipping, to name just a few.For more information on our clients, refer to TBD’s Client List.

One of our mainstays over the years, TBD established expertise with a variety of customer service call centers from financial services to healthcare to retail. Our training and online reference systems are being used by call center clients in North America, Asia and Europe.

From its early beginnings focusing on instructional design, training delivery and procedures documentation, TBD evolved into a robust performance consulting practice that specializes in talent management, people improvement and process improvement. TBD offers a full range of performance improvement solutions including organizational assessments and design, change management, leadership development, enterprise-wide learning, needs analysis, training organization design and learning plans, process mapping, procedure documentation, instructional design, e-learning and online reference systems.
